Sedona

Sorry long post , but feeling called to post about this one, even though I’ve not posted in a long time.

How to put into words the trip that we have just had in Sedona last week. Words don’t seem to do it justice. They seem way too restrictive for what I want to convey to describe what was one of the most expansive, healing, activating, motivating, reconnecting, nurturing, loving, trips I have ever had.

First of all it was an absolute blessing and privilege to share these few days with my dear friend Pippa as a travel companion, she’s the easiest and least complicated person to travel with! We made the most of every second of every day and packed so much into our time together. I can’t thank her enough for her uplifting company.

With the very high summer temperatures, we spent time on the land every day super early in the mornings, visiting incredible places of pure magic and beauty, of the highest vibrations and frequencies that we had rarely experienced. The vortexes in Sedona are literally everywhere and if you’ve never felt the energy of a vortex, put this trip on your bucket list and put it out there to the universe that you are going to make it to Sedona one day! You can’t fail to feel the power of the land, how the red rocks call to you and talk to you, of these immensely powerful vortexes that are like giant magnets pulling you into them.

As you walk the land, you feel as if each of your footsteps brings you deeper into connection with the Earth, and by doing that it reconnects you to who you truly are. You are no longer stuck in your head, you are feeling everything with your heart, because everywhere you look there is beauty as far as your eyes can see. It is pure awe and wonder for your senses. The light, the colours, the magnificence of these beings of red rocks standing up so proud in this very dry landscape, are unlike anything else I have ever seen.

You feel again with your body, you get attuned to using it as a compass for what the Earth is giving you and when you’re there you feel deeply connected to the ancestors and guardians of the land, as if they are watching you and seeing right through who you truly are. There is no hiding, no pretending, you can be nothing but authentic and true in a place like this, because it rips away the layers of protection you have built up around you for so long. Tears flow when you least expect them, energy courses through you, physically taking your breath away with the intensity of it. And then you realise that you’re not just tuning into the ancestors but you’re also connecting with all the star beings that feel so close by.

We were blessed beyond belief to have the best guide possible for all our morning visits (5am to 7.30am every morning). Our guide was our dear friend and magical soul, Elizabeth Heartstar (astrologer, healer and guardian of very precious skulls, in particular Heartstar, the ancient Tibetan skull that has been under her guardianship for many years now). Elizabeth has been in Sedona for around 35 years, so there is nothing she doesn’t know about its vortexes and sacred places - if you want the most experienced and loveliest of guides, get in touch with her. She organises tours and retreats in Sedona. I’ll put her details below.

But we weren’t only there for the land and its incredible red rocks and sacred vortexes, we were also attending the Kryon conference. So our timetable was very full, with early hikes, followed by 8am to 8pm at the conference centre listening to very inspirational speakers and talented channelers. We met extraordinary people at the conference, made new friends, shared love and experiences, journeyed interdimensionally to amazing places and had profound encounters with guides, light beings, angels, ascended masters, star beings, and more, particularly using the Alcazar stargate channeled by Prageet and Julieanne.

I can’t speak for Pippa, but for me it was a totally mind blowing trip. We packed in so much every single day. We think we covered most of what we wanted to see, but you could spend so much longer there as there is so much to see and explore. We went to the vortex at the Boynton canyon on the first morning. We went to the vortexes of Cathedral Rock and of Bell Rock on the second day (Bell Rock was the strongest energy for me of all the vortexes). On the third day we visited the heart chakra of Sedona at Sugarloaf. On the fourth day we went to Thunder Mountain, sitting in a lemurian birthing cave in the early morning

and also went out at sundown to visit the Amitabha Stupa and peace garden, as well as the Aiport mesa vortex. And on our final morning, we went to Long Canyon to sit in the birthing cave before finishing off with a quick trip to the vortex at Chapel of the Holy Cross and seeing the Montezuma Well on our way back to Phoenix airport.

In each place we held ceremonies and offered gratitude for the land, the ancestors and often connected with our star brothers and sisters. We were blessed to have Elizabeth’s ancient and wise crystal skulls to hold space and work with us. Pippa gifted her sacred water droplets from her essences to the land in each of the places we visited. We toned and chanted, drummed and used singing bowls. Each place held a totally different energy and demanded something else of us. Each place helped us in a different way.

I have to admit that I was moved to tears (or more accurately bawled my eyes out) more times than I can ever recount for the love and connection that I felt in those places, like being home. The vortexes physically called to me, I had a magnetic pull towards them as if I knew in my body where they were. The feeling at times was so strong that I was hyperventilating to keep my energy in check, the rocks were calling, or was it the ancestors or the star beings so close to us. I felt it was a combination of all three.

Each day brought new experiences that seemed to layer up on top of one another. Sometimes it felt as if we were having to lay ourselves totally bare, stripping down to our very core in order to be reborn from love, and truly the land did it all, it held us, it guided us, it helped us let go of what was holding us back, freeing us of our shackles, elevating us through love and in love, to reconnect to our true essence.

It will take some time to integrate, but I am beyond grateful for all that has unfolded during these few days and would so thoroughly recommend a trip if you ever have the opportunity. There is a very potent gathering happening there for a few days over the 7.7 if you feel drawn to get in touch with Elizabeth who still has a few places for her retreat. Astrologically this date, this year, is absolutely massive and there is much work to be done for it.

Each and everyone of us is doing their bit to elevate our own consciousness, the cumulative effect, the rippling effect of what we all do individually is having such an impact over the planet. It only takes a drop to change the world. Let’s all add our drop to the ocean of consciousness that we are a part of.

The take away messages for me from this trip were profound and I will be taking time to process them, but for now I’d just like to show you a few pictures (it was hard to choose which ones as I took so many and so did Pip) to share the beauty and the vibrations of those places.

With love from my heart to yours
