June 9th Peru trip

Today was our first proper day in Peru, in the Sacred Valley. We spent the morning in the town of Ollantaytambo, starting by meandering the gorgeous streets. This little town is one of the best preserved and surviving Inca cities that has been inhabited since the 13th century. It is extraordinary to see the original walls and walk down the narrow streets with the original irrigation channels.

Adjacent to the town are the Inca ruins with a fortress and Temple of the Sun on the top, a range of buildings high up the mountains surrounding to store and keep the produce fresh. The site has many terrasses that used to be cultivated and are still there, held by walls that were so cleverly built from blocks of stones tightly packed. The blocks of stones that make up the walls and those of the Temple of the Sun on the top are so huge, they would have taken hundreds of men to move and were transported from the mountain across the valley. How men carried such humongous blocks at such a high altitude across 6km is totally mind blowing, and so is the way that the Incas constructed these walls with barely a couple of mm gap between the stones. It defies belief!

After visiting the top part of the ruins, we descended to the bottom of the slope and there I found a Temple dedicated to Water. It is in this temple that I was called to place one of the 4 pieces of the Jade ring which had broken before my trip. There is a little video I did before departing to explain the background to it, which you may wish to listen to if you want to understand the backstory to the ring. https://youtu.be/i05ltLlsiJk

This temple connects the waters from the mountain behind the site, flowing through Ollantaytambo, all the way to the Amazon river. It felt perfect to give this offering of the piece of jade ring, which holds the energy of the Hongshan keys and the Hongshan ancient jade skull AshLey-Lish to this powerful place to be carried by the water. A little bit of sound came through to support this offering, but as there were people about, it had to be quiet and fairly quick so as not to draw too much attention. I held the Hongshan keys in my hands, one in each hand, during the whole visit, apart from when I put them down at the base of the Temple of the Sun and in the Temple of Water.

The rest of the day was spent going to the market in Pisac, and sadly we weren’t able to visit the Inca site in Pisac, and then went back to our hotel to start a 2 hour hike up the mountain just behind us. It was such a full and glorious day.

Tomorrow we are heading to Machu Picchu. Very excited to experience this incredible place.

Sending you all much love from my heart and Peruvian light.

10th and 11th June - Machu Picchu

A few piccies from the two days we have had in Machu Picchu. After a beautiful train journey from the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu village, we headed up with a guide to the sacred site in the afternoon. Sadly the guide was not great, he talked so much and was very hard to understand, and the site was so so so busy. We queued for hours to get the bus up from the village and then a lot more queuing to get into the site.

I found the amount of people really overwhelming and although it was a stunning day, weather-wise, and we were so happy to be there, I found it very hard to tune into the energy of the site. The people and constant chatter from our guide and everyone around us were so distracting. But this was a blessing in disguise as it made us want to go back again the following morning at the crack of dawn to try to see the sunrise from the sacred site.

Sadly we weren't able to see the sun as there was so much low cloud, but it made for some lovely eery sights of the ruins. We then trekked up the mountain of Machu Picchu which towers over the sacred site. It is a 600meter climb from the level of the ruins, with steps all the way up. It was hard work, but so worth the effort.

I hadn't felt called to place the second piece of the ring anywhere in the actual site, but knew that it was to go to the top of the mountain. I carried the Hongshan keys in my pockets. So when I reached the top, after taking some photos and chilling in this incredible spot on top of the world, surrounded by such stunning mountains all the way round, I did a very discreet little ceremony as I was surrounded by people and then buried the piece of ring right on the very top.

It felt like a stargate opened up when I had done the ceremony, as if there was a direct link between the cosmos, the mountain and the sacred site below us. The keys were vibrating so much in my hands, as if they were battery powered. I have no idea what actually happened but it felt right in my heart to be there and connect the Hongshan energy of the jade skull and the keys to the spirit of this powerful mountain, to Mother Earth below and Father Sky Above, and to the whole of the Cosmos.

It was such an incredible couple of days, particularly today with visiting the site first thing as it was so quiet, it felt like we had it all to ourselves and we managed to get to places that had been shut the previous day. I feel so so blessed to have been there and experienced this awesome magical marvel of the world. There are no words to describe its magnificence, it is truly incredible and awe inspiring. There is magic there, like few places of the world offer.

I hope you'll enjoy the photos and will be able to feel the energy of this incredible place.

Much love to you all xx

12th June - Cuzco

We have struck really lucky with visiting Cuzco at this time of year as the town is preparing for the huge festival called Inti Raymi, which is the most important festival of the year in Peru! It takes place around Winter Solstice (our summer solstice) in honour of the Sun God - Inti. This festival lasts several days and the celebrations have already started. So we are in the middle of a town which is celebrating through its people, dancing, playing music, wearing incredible costumes, and doing processions. It is so lively, colourful, and vibrant, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time to be here. So we spent time last night and this morning simply soaking up the atmosphere and wandering around the streets.

This afternoon we were taken to the main Inca sites of the surrounding area of Cuzco, just outside the city. It was in Saqsaywaman that we started our visit, as it is a very important site above the city with incredible walls made of gigantic stone boulders, so tightly laid together that you can’t get a sheet of paper between them, once again using no mortar but the incredible skills of those who built them. I would be inclined to think that this was built way before Inca times, thousands of years BC, and that the Incas discovered it and embraced it and maybe enhanced it to suit their needs. But who knows! The Inti Raymi takes place right in the centre of it on 24th June. We could see the site being prepared for it already when we were there.

As I tuned in this morning to the Keys, I was shown that the third piece of the ring should be offered to Inti in that sacred site, where the temple used to be, at the top of the levels of walls. I found a quiet spot and waited for people to disperse before giving the piece of the ring to Inti, linking in the ancient energies of the Hongshan skull and the keys, with the Sun God, with Pachamama (Mother Earth), and all of the Apis (mountains surrounding Cusco). The timing seemed to be important with the solstice coming up and the vibrations of celebrations of the Sun that were ramping up in the region. It felt like the ring was drawing together the positive vibrations and frequencies of the people celebrating together and anchoring them into the site to be amplified. I managed to do a very short toning/sounding to anchor in the vibrations, before I had to run to catch up with my husband and the guide who had gone ahead to give me some space.

We then went on to visit two other smaller sites, the site of Puka Pukara (“the red fortress” in Quechua) and the Q’enqo site with huge natural boulders that formed a semi circle used for sacred rituals. The setting of Puka Pukara was stunning, right at the foot of the mountains with beautiful countryside all around. We then went back into Cuzco city and visited the important ancient sacred Inca site of Coricancha, the temple of the Sun, which is found within the actual Convent of Santo Domingo. We finished with the visit of the Cathedral which is made up of three churches within one Cathedral.

That’s all from me.

We are flying to the Amazon region tomorrow and won’t have any phone or wifi for 3 days, so you will have a well deserved rest from my Peruvian ramblings….

Much love and blessings to you all

Time in the Amazon Region. Complete immersion into nature. Beautiful connection with the plants, the insects, the animals, the birds. The bird songs were incredible.

We were very fortunate to see different types of monkeys, a sloth with her baby, some tortoises, some turtles, a ton of amazing birds, Macaus (parrots of all colours), spiders (tarantulas), bats, millions of ants of different types, caymans (smaller, nicer versions of crocodiles apparently!) and huge trees that made you feel so very small.

It was bliss to be disconnected from the outside world, but reconnected to nature and our inner world for a few days.

Although I posted many pictures from my couple of days in the Amazon region, I wanted to share what I was drawn to do energetically whilst I was there. I'm sorry it is a long post but it is composed of two aspects. The first about the energetic work, followed by some musings that the river brought through for me, that I feel are linked to the first part of this post, so I will share them if you're interested. I feel rather scared and vulnerable about sharing the recordings of three short sounding/ light language I included as I'm definitely still struggling with putting it out there publicly but other people's judgement shouldn't matter, so hey ho, here it is, crazy or not!

Before arriving in the Amazon a few synchronistic events took place on the day we travelled. It started at 4am in the morning with a channeled message from a Facebook friend Philippe Guez from a crystal skull, this led onto another message from my friends Chrissie Ayton and Mike, and eventually a few messages with my dear friend Maia Francis, just as I was boarding my plane. I realised that Maia had received some information for me and shared a transmission she had received from Steven regarding what I was supposed to do in the Amazon region and asking me to anchor in the frequencies they had brought through. I listened to Maia’s light language transmission, followed by another transmission she shared with me. It took me the entire plane journey to integrate and come back into my body fully, for it was so intense and difficult to integrate into my physical body. I really wasn’t very sure of what I was supposed to do with any of this and just trusted that I might know when I was there.

It was about a day later that I felt the nudge to go and sit by the edge of the river and connect with the river in a way that I had not done before, some light language came through and some soundings. I recorded a bit of them. I felt the frequencies I had received the day before, anchor into the water system and spread far and wide, making their way to the Amazon river and beyond into the Ocean, and on and on and on. All water consciousness is linked as we know and therefore through intention I believe that what needed to be shared would have reached all the waters of the world somehow. I am not fully aware of what these codes are here to do, but trust that they will find their way to what and where they are needed to help in the build up of the New Earth’s structure, and deconstruction of the old, whenever that will be taking place. Thank you so much Maia for passing on the transmissions at the exact time they were needed here.

I share here some musings I typed up as I sat by the river on several occasions and communed with the river. This is not related to the work above, simply my own musings. Firstly, although I was located in the basin of the Amazon region and rain forest, I wasn’t in fact next to the Amazon river at all, but on the banks of the River Madre de Dios, one of the many rivers which feeds into the Amazon, much further downstream. I spent a lot of time sitting by the river banks, connecting in with the river. It felt like an absolute blessing being able to spend time watching the fast flowing waters, brownish in colour, with floating logs and branches bobbing up and down the surface, the water forming swirls and beautiful patterns as it progressed. The colour of the pristine blue sky was being reflected on the top of the water and turning the brown shades into a palette of blues. The stunning spectacle of the river made me muse over the similarities of human lives with that of the river. The river is murky, with many undercurrents creating mini vortexes upon the surface, nudging us to realise that there is so much going on below the seemingly calm surface. What does this say about us, are we not a little like this river, fast flowing, always chasing the next thing, never satisfied with the present moment, and even when the surface appears calm, there is much turbulence below our calm exterior. We have all stored up so many emotions, so much baggage over the course of our life, and many events can trigger us at any moment, bringing up the dirt to the surface. The river is like a journey through life. Sometimes it is calm on the outside, and turbulent below the surface, sometimes it is chaotic all around, our life can be turned upside down, a storm can be brewing, winds of change can be building, raging currents can be pulling us under and make us feel as if we are drowning.

We continually flow downstream, never ever able to go back in time to redress wrongdoings we may have done or try to change the past. We have to go forward, there is no stopping the progress of our life. We must keep going, we must face ourselves, all aspects, even those we find uncomfortable, we must own them and sit with them, as we carry on our flowing quest through life. We reflect what is shown on the outside, just like the river reflects the sky upon its surface. We are able to use the people, the events, the circumstances that are mirrored to us to learn, grow and progress on our quest.

Being a part of the river, a molecule of water within the flow, doesn’t change its nature, it is still just a molecule of water with all its innate wisdom and qualities, it is still a part of the river and soon will be a part of the ocean that we can see as “All There Is”. This molecule has to find its way, to pursue its path to find itself in the Wholeness of who it is. You are this perfect molecule of water, fully equipped with flowing down the river successfully and will undoubtedly reach your destination because you chose to embark on this flowing river and you are surrounded by others who are going through the same experiences, some are more challenging than others, but there are definitely some times of joy and even moments of pure bliss to be had. We must draw strength from each other and realise that just like the water molecules we are not alone, we form a river of consciousness.

At present, just like the river I was staring at, the overall Collective Consciousness is unstable, murky, troubled, which means that individually we still all are like that, the overall collective is only reflecting our individual paths. Yet the river, the Collective Consciousness, will eventually become the Ocean, and as the Ocean, the water will always be perfectly calm below the surface, whatever may be happening above the surface of the water, the most powerful waves, the highest winds stirring up the top layer of the Ocean, below the surface, there is always perfect stillness. There may be currents, the water might be flowing faster in certain parts, but it is always calm and peaceful at its core. As the Collective Consciousness, we are going through a process of change, of undoing what we have always known and held as Truth in our lives, the currents are shifting, we need to go through this period of turmoil, the undoing of the old patterns, the bringing up to the surface of all the collective murkiness, in order to elevate towards the clear, pristine and pure consciousness of the New Earth where we accept one another for who we are, where we respect each other, where we love more than we judge, where we collaborate more than we try to get ahead of one another, where compassion is the main currency in our exchanges with others.

The river has been teaching me for these past few days, just like the rainforest has, with all the teeming wildlife, the insects, the birds, the plants. They have taught me to come back to center, to slow down the pace of life, to enjoy each and every moment, in order to process, to integrate, to allow for the changes to take place. The rhythm of nature is the best reminder of who we are, when we forget that we are part of nature, that we belong to nature, that we are all interwoven within the natural tapestry of life, beautifully interlinked and dependent on one another. Feeling at one with nature, brings you back to your essence, it brings you back to what matters most, to the truth of who you are.

But there are always distractions, wherever you are, things that are sent to try you, to test your centerdness, to make you aware of how truly in your heart you are, how firmly secure you are in your balance. If you are indeed centered, nothing will throw you off balance, no noise, irritation, inconvenience, will trigger a reaction, but chances are, not many people, aside from Buddhist Monks and the likes, will be able to be perfectly centered at all times. We must welcome these opportunities to learn, when something throws us off balance, acknowledge it and see it for what it is, a learning opportunity to let go of the thought and the emotions that have been triggered, not to stay attached to them. It isn’t always easy, but we must try and try again, we must keep acknowledging the murkiness of our lives, so that we can clear it and purify it with our intention in order to come back to center, to our heart, to our true self.

Thank you beautiful River and Rainforest for all that you have shown me.

Sending you all much love and gratitude. I apologise for such a long post and can't really imagine as I sit here before pressing the "post" button that anyone will read it in its entirety but if you did, thank you so much indeed.

17th June Arequipa and Colca Canyon

We arrived in Arequipa from the Amazon Region last night (16th June). This town has a lot of Southern Spanish influence in its architecture. I found it absolutely delightful and there was such a lovely vibe to it. It is right in the middle of the desert, at high altitude, surrounded by mountains and volcanoes. We were once again so lucky timing wise because with only an evening to spend in the town, it happened to be the Catholic feast of Corpus Christy, which is very big in Catholic countries, so the town was celebrating as you'll see from the pictures.

We then left very early the next morning to drive over the mountains to the region of Colca Canyon (a five hour drive with plenty of stops for photos and coca leaves tea!) . The drive was beautiful, the landscape very arid as it reaches well over 4000meters above sea level and the oxygen level gets pretty thin (as we found out when we went for a 40min walk on the top! ) . The temperature was well below freezing everywhere and the only animals that live up there are llamas, alpacas, and vicunas (the wild version of the other twos). It is way too cold for most other animals. It was stunning as there are so many volcanoes to look at and one of them is still active as you'll see from the pictures.

After a very steep ascent in the car we came back down to a slightly lower altitude, where we visited a couple of small towns and then headed to our hotel located in a beautiful green area with natural hot springs and a river going through. The scenery is stunning with alpacas and llamas grazing lazily in the grounds. I have felt such peace since I've arrived here. It is a very odd feeling and I can't explain why.

I think, but I'm not sure, that we spotted two condors flying so very high in the sky above us, it was very difficult to know if they were condors or not as they flew so so so high that we lost sight of them. My intuition tells me they were but I will never know for sure. I am hoping we may be lucky enough to see some tomorrow .

Tomorrow is our last full day in Peru before starting the long journey home, and the last opportunity to finish the quest with the last piece of the Hongshan ring. I have no idea what will unfold but have to trust that things will be clear when we get to the right place.

Sending you all much love and blessings from my heart to yours

18th June Colca Canyon, Condors and shamanic ceremony

The final piccies and videos to conclude my Peruvian journey. In the YouTube link below, I have recorded a quick video of our last day here instead of writing a long post this time.

Much love, blessings, and so much gratitude for following my progress through this beautiful sacred land and my peculiar Quest linked to AshLey-Lish, the Hongshan skull, the two keys and four pieces of the jade ring (which are all now staying on Peruvian soil). Xxx
