Lion’s Rock, Sigiriya

Today is the New Moon, no coincidence that my visit to the Lion’s Rock in Sigiriya happened on that day. A day of opportunities, a day of new beginnings, a day to anchor in the frequencies for the future without carrying anything unnecessary.

As some of you have read in one of my recent posts, (and some of you have asked me to share about it), I have been called to Sri Lanka for a holiday, but got a nudge that there was a little something for me to do spiritually, whilst I was there. I had no idea what it was, but was aware of where it was going to be when I realised that we were visiting a place called the Lion’s Rock in Sigiriya. This outstanding ancient rock fortress seems like it is hanging in the sky. Originally a monastery, it then became a beautiful palace called “the Palace in the Sky”. I got the feeling that this rock was indeed a portal to the stars.

We decided to get up early to beat the heat, so we arrived on site by 6.30am, and although there were already a few tourists, it wasn’t as busy as we have been led to believe and it was definitely cooler and quieter. There is such an interesting energy to that site, it felt a little eerie and very mystical, sensing the presence of all those who had been there before, the monks who had worked there, prayed and devoted their lives to this sacred place, mingled with all sorts of other energies, probably associated with the million tourists who visit each year.

Walking up the steps, halfway up, two gigantic Lion paws were welcoming us and encouraging us to carry on our climb up the sheer vertical rock face with a rickety set of stairs climbing steeply up. Monkeys and dogs were scattered on the side, the monkeys hanging from the railings and the dogs lying on the ground.

As we reached the top we took in the stunning vista all around, 360 degrees of beautiful forest all around, a few buildings in sight and the remnants of the lavish original gardens that must have once been below. We explored the whole site and then I quietly slipped away on my own to connect and receive what I was there to do.

I had brought the two Hongshan keys that had travelled with me to Peru, a little Sugilite dragon of Love, and a small lapis stone engraved with Forgiveness. I didn’t know what they were all going to be doing, so I just laid them out and picked up my small cosmic sounding bowl. This bowl was forged for me with the intention to connect me directly to my cosmic lineage and it always does. With the help of this bowl and the crystals, I allowed sound to come through and transmitted some light codes. It felt as if the whole rock was a star portal, as if anywhere on this powerful energy point one could make a direct connection with our cosmic brothers and sisters, although the connection didn’t seem very stable to me, almost a little clogged up, (but maybe that was just me not knowing what I was doing), so I set out the intention of clearing it with sound. I felt waves of love being brought down from our star brothers and sisters, particularly the leonine star races, I also sensed Andromedans. Neither were a surprise. But love was also going up, so it was a two way flow being beamed up through us (my powerful little dragon and I, helped by the keys on either side).

But what was interesting was how they were encouraging forgiveness on the Earth. It is an emotion that doesn’t exist among other races, but they were showing the need for that among the human race at this point in time in order to clear our Earth grid. Flows of forgiveness were anchored into the crystalline grid and flowed away through the grid. Love with forgiveness was pulsing through so strongly and I could literally see it visually light up the earth below its surface in my mind’s eye. As this energy pulsed, I felt it clear a huge wave of collective grief, it got released as it spread and the energy felt a lot lighter afterwards. I left two of the 5 little rose quartz crystals at that place, burying them in the ground. I had placed two others the previous day when we visited a sacred place in Polonnaruwa (the Gal Viharaya with the three representations of the Buddha-upright, seated and lying down) and in the huge stupa with the relics of the buddha buried in the centre.

I placed the last one in the Dambulla caves a bit later on today. In Dambulla, there is the most beautiful temple carved out of the inside of an enormous rock/outcrop, a little like Sigiriya. The paintings and representations of Buddha were breathtaking. It felt right to give the last of the rose quartz as an offering in this very powerful temple.

That’s it for now. Happy New MOON everyone, welcome in the new version of you. Let love flow through you and forgive anything that is weighing you down. It is time to get lighter and shine brighter, step into action.

Much love and gratitude. Clea x
